Barbara Castleman, Co-Founder-

Mrs. Castleman is a teacher by trade, and has worked in the fundraising field for over 15 years. Barb grew up in a community committed to helping others, leading to her involvement with service and fund-raising projects at an early age. After graduating with a teaching degree from Concordia College in 1984, Mrs. Castleman began her first career in education by accepting a teaching job in California. It was then that her real initiation into the world of fund-raising began. For the next 12 years she worked alongside of administrators, parents, fellow teachers, and students, helping raise needed funds for educationalgoals, as well as her family's church.

Since that time, 'Barb' has served in several leadership roles for charity organizations, including Co-President of the PTA, and chair of several annual events. She has been featured in such publications as Elle Magazine, LA Times, Daily Breeze, and Culver City News for her dedication and work with children in need. In 2006, she received an Honorary Service Award from the California State PTA and was honored as Linwood Howe's volunteer of the Year at the Culver City Education Foundation's "Tribute to the Stars".Mrs. Castleman has been married for 16 years and has a son, 9, and a daughter, 10.

Mrs. Castleman focuses her Giftberry energy in the business and charity interactions with the site, customer relations, publicity, and is the moral compass for Giftberry.org with her most famous quote being "I'm thinking".

K.Hincker, Co-Founder-

Mr. Hincker has been programming and building ecologically friendly websites for 12 years, specializing in business applications and tech interface. Mr. Hincker has assisted ecologically sound fundraising events for the past 7 years (Earth Day, and actively supports multiple fundraising causes each year. Other talents include Film-Maker, Director, and Actor, having recently won the prestigious been acting and creating films for the past 25 years, and has appeared in numerous shows and commercials in the Los Angeles market. Mr. Hincker has been married for 8 years and is father to an8-month-old son.

Mr. Hincker is consumed with the 150 database interfaces that are the Giftberry.org engine. Mr. Hincker is the chief architect of Giftberry, and has organized and all of the programming for the site. Mr. (IT) Hincker can always be found uttering lines like "I think I remember talking about that".

D.Rosendahl, Co-Founder-

Owner FrontAge Publishing.Mr. Rosendahl has created seven businesses in the last 25 years, the most recent being Way-To-Go! Travel (1986-1996/eight locations) and Way-To-Go! Music, Manufacturing and Distributing Medium sized record lables and artists (1990-1997/Los Angeles/New York). After sale of his last business, Mr. Rosendahl became a stay-at-home dad, preferring to run his FrontAge Publishing from home. Coming out of semi-retirement in 2004 to Mr. Rosendahl begin working on the Giftberry project. Mr. Rosendahl is also an author (What? Me Travel! 2002, The Good, The Bad, and the Weirdest Places to Stay 2004, a web entrepreneur (Traveldan.com,2003), a motivational speaker (small businesses, local clubs) and business consultant. Mr. Rosendahl has been married for 14 years and has two girls ages 8 and 11.

Mr. Rosendahl guides the Giftberry project and (much to Kevin and Barb's consternation), is ultimately responsible for the growing product that we see functioning at Giftberry.org. One repetitive phrase is "I think I have a brainstorm".
